Use random resource suffix by default By default a random suffix is appended to the resource name, as recommended in rfc3920bis ("For the sake of proper security, a resource identifier SHOULD be random"). This behaviour can be altered with the new option "disable_random_resource".

Fix previous changeset The test was completely broken because the newer version was tested _after_ the older one. Now the older version is only checked when the other test fails.

Use the status string of the most likely resource in the chat status bar T. Glaser reported that mcabber can display the status string of a resource with a low priority in the chat status bar. A string which doesn't match the displayed status itself...

Remove configure option --enable-fifo

Add option 'eventcmd_use_nickname' This is based on a patch from "bebebe". When this option is set, a nickname is passed to the event script in place of the JID.

Add option 'ignore_self_presence' According to rfc3921bis, the server must broadcast initial presence to all of the user's available resources. Which means with compliant servers the users will see their own resource. When 'ignore_self_presence' is set, the self-presence messages are filtered out.

Fix false error with GnuTLS ssl_verify doesn't have to be checked when ssl isn't set!
