Use random resource suffix by default
By default a random suffix is appended to the resource name,
as recommended in rfc3920bis ("For the sake of proper security, a resource
identifier SHOULD be random").
This behaviour can be altered with the new option "disable_random_resource".

This new option can be used for switching the FIFO on and off from within
the session.

Display more information in /room bookmark (autojoin, nick...)
With this patch /room bookmark adds a '*' prefix when autojoin is
set in the bookmark list. It also displays the nick and the room
name contained in the bookmarks.

The test was completely broken because the newer version was tested _after_
the older one.
Now the older version is only checked when the other test fails.

Use the status string of the most likely resource in the chat status bar
T. Glaser reported that mcabber can display the status string of a
resource with a low priority in the chat status bar. A string which
doesn't match the displayed status itself...
