mod_sasl2, mod_sasl_bind2, mod_sasl2_sm: Bump XEP-0388 namespace
This is the namespace for the proposed update to XEP-0388. I.e. not even
experimental yet... but this is all a work in progress anyway.

Introduction
============
Simple module that stores the timestamp of when a user logs in.
Usage
=====
As with all modules, copy it to your plugins directory and then add it
to the modules\_enabled list:

```
Configuration
=============
There are some options you can add to your config file:

Usage

You can check a user's last activity by running:
