 /MOOD [-|mood [message]]

Publishes your mood via pep. For valid moods see standard or completion.
Note, that it does not checks, if specified value is valid, it only provides completion.

/mood
 Sends request for current buddy's mood.
/mood -
 Publishes empty mood (no mood).
/mood mood [message]
 Publishes specified mood.
