revsetbenchmarks: support revset starting with a "-"
Before this change, there was no strict separation between arguments and the
benchmarked revset. This is easy to fix.

3 there yet. I verified this locally.

tests: also skip remotefilelog *.py tests on Windows
Otherwise, the buildbot won't even be green on stable with the RC. This should
