branchcache: cleanup the final key generation after update
A lot of duplicated work seemed to be done, as we already update the tiprev and
tipnode when needed right before. So we simplify that part to focus on the
filtered hash.
See inline comment for details.
$ cat > patchtool.py <<EOF

$ echo "[ui]" >> $HGRCPATH
$ echo "patch=\"$PYTHON\" ../patchtool.py" >> $HGRCPATH

$ echo b >> a
$ hg commit -Amb -d '2 0'

This test checks that:
- custom patch commands with arguments actually work
- patch code does not try to add weird arguments like
--binary when custom patch commands are used. For instance
--binary is added by default under win32.
check custom patch options are honored
