test-convert-cvsnt-mergepoints: make it work on OS X.
- don't create file 'cvs' where directory 'CVS' already exists
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
