urlutil: add a `get_pull_paths` to perform the pull destination logic As is this changeset does not change anything. However having an official empty point will help unifying the logic and encapsulate the details and update the logic to support path definition pointing to multiple other path. At the construction, this class does:

    - write current ``repo.dirstate`` out, and
    - save ``.hg/dirstate`` into the backup file

    This restores ``.hg/dirstate`` from backup file, if ``release()``
    is invoked before ``close()``.

    This just removes the backup file at ``close()`` before ``release()``.
