subrepo: fix cloning of repos from urls without slash after host (issue2970)
This fixes a regression introduced with the new url handling in 1.9.
This should perhaps be fixed in the url class instead, but that might be too
invasive for a stable bugfix.

$ cd a
$ hg init b
$ echo x > b/x
Should print nothing:
$ hg add b
$ hg st
Should fail:
$ hg st b/x
abort: path 'b/x' is inside nested repo 'b'
[255]
$ hg add b/x
abort: path 'b/x' is inside nested repo 'b'
[255]
Should fail:
$ hg add b b/x
abort: path 'b/x' is inside nested repo 'b'

Should arguably print nothing:
