phases: avoid N² behavior in `advanceboundary` We allowed duplicated entries in the deque, which each entry could potentially insert all its ancestors. So advancing boundary for the full repository would mean each revision would walk all its ancestors, resulting in O(N²) iteration. For repository of any decent size, N² is quickly insane. We introduce a simple set to avoid this and get back to reasonable performance.

Check upgrade behavior
======================

Right now, sidedata has not upgrade support

Check that we can upgrade to sidedata
-------------------------------------

  $ hg init up-no-side-data --config experimental.revlogv2=no
  $ hg debugformat -v -R up-no-side-data | grep -E 'changelog-v2|revlog-v2'
  revlog-v2:           no     no      no

  $ hg debugformat -v -R up-no-side-data --config experimental.revlogv2=enable-unstable-format-and-corrupt-my-data | grep -E 'changelog-v2|revlog-v2'
  revlog-v2:           no    yes      no

  $ hg debugupgraderepo -R up-no-side-data --config experimental.revlogv2=enable-unstable-format-and-corrupt-my-data > /dev/null
