tests: show that `hg cp -A --at-rev .` doesn't work for renames
I clearly forgot to implement (and test) support for marking of
renames when I added support for marking of copies :(

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
