fix: mark -r as advanced
See the previous patch for reasoning. I planned to even mark it
deprecated, but someone (timeless?) on the #mercurial IRC channel said
they sometimes wanted to use `-r` with its existing semantics.

Running without installing::
$ make local # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version # should show the latest version
