tests: bulk change to avoid "unneeded trailing ',' ..." error of check-code.py
This is a part of preparation to apply checking with check-code.py on
code fragments embedded in *.t test scripts.
"trailing ','" at the end of command option list in the code fragment
of test-bundle2-format.t is still left as it is, in order to follow
the style of command definitions in Mercurial core.

If you can't run the entire testsuite for some reason (it can be
difficult on Windows), please at least run `contrib/check-code.py` on
any files you've modified and run `python contrib/check-commit` on any
commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
