Improved error message for log --follow
Mads Kiilerich notes that the existing message was unclear
when a nonexistent file was supplied.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
