Removed the "/color mucnick <nick> !" command, Update EN/RU/UK help files
The option is not needed anymore, because nick colors are permanent for the same nicks.

MUC nickname colors depend on nicknames now
MUC nick colors were chosen randomly before.
Now they are generated using the simplest algorithm:
the sum of all nickname letters % total colors count.

Add option --show-roster to command chat_disable.
This makes it possible to change the Esc binding so that
the roster doesn't automatically comes back when hitting Escape.
